The HCMNJ Portal (portal.hcmnj.com) is a private, invitation-only tool that HCMNJ (Handshake Conversations Matter) uses to run its video production business: booking shoots, tracking edits, scheduling social posts, and invoicing clients. It is not a public product, and access is granted individually to HCMNJ's clients, contractors, and staff.
Name, email, and role for anyone with a login; project details, files, and Drive links related to work HCMNJ is doing for a client; timesheets and assignments for contractors; and, for clients who use it, invoice and payment status.
Solely to run HCMNJ's own operations, coordinating shoots and edits, delivering finished work, scheduling content, and billing. We don't sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing.
A client can connect their LinkedIn, Facebook Page, or Instagram business account so posts they have approved go out at the planned time. The portal keeps only what it needs to post: the account's name and ID and the access key the platform gives it, stored encrypted. It uses that access only to publish the posts planned for that client (feed posts and stories), and it does not read messages, followers, or anything else on the account. Only the service providers that make the portal work: Supabase (database and login), Google (Drive storage and Calendar), and, where a client is billed through it, QuickBooks. Posts a client approves are sent to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram when that client has connected them. Each processes data only to provide that service to HCMNJ.
